The Game Awards 2025: panoramica completa dei nominati e delle categorie
Dai un’occhiata alla lista completa dei nominati ai The Game Awards 2025, dai mega blockbuster ai nuovi indie che stanno spaccando come Expedition 33, Silksong e Hades 2.
I The Game Awards hanno finalmente rivelato la lista ufficiale dei nominati del 2025, dando il via a quello che è uno degli eventi più attesi dell’anno, se non *il* più atteso, sia dai giocatori che dagli studi. È stato un anno pazzesco per le uscite, non solo per le grandi saghe come Silent Hill, Battlefield, Call of Duty e Death Stranding, ma anche per i piccoli studi i cui giochi hanno lasciato il segno. Infatti, molti di loro compongono una bella parte delle nomination grazie a titoli come Clair Obscur Expedition 33, Hollow Knight Silksong e Hades 2.
The Game Awards 2025 Nominees
Dal primo giorno del 2025 non si è fatto altro che parlare dei The Game Awards, in particolare del Game of the Year. E come previsto da molti, Clair Obscur Expedition 33 e Hollow Knight Silksong sono finiti in un sacco di categorie.
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 domina la scena dei Game Awards di quest’anno con ben 12 nomination, tra cui Game of the Year, Best Narrative e tre nomination separate per Best Performance. Il suo successo critico è ancora più impressionante considerando quanto sia piccolo il team principale. E se ci pensi, anche AstroBot (pur con il supporto di Sony) era un po’ un “underdog”.
La competizione è davvero tosta, con titoli grossi come Death Stranding 2, Donkey Kong Bananza, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 e le amatissime sequel indie Hollow Knight: Silksong e Hades 2. Tutti giochi che erano tra i favoriti e che ovviamente hanno fatto contenti i fan. Sfortuna invece per chi tifava per South of Midnight, anche quello considerato un grande candidato, ma che non è riuscito a entrare nella shortlist del GOTY — anche se si porta comunque a casa 2 nomination in altre categorie.
Oltre al GOTY, tanti giocatori stanno anche aspettando di vedere chi vincerà il Best Multiplayer. Anche se COD non è in lista, la sfida è bella serrata tra Arc Raiders, Battlefield 6, Elden Ring Nightreign, Peak e Split Fiction.
I The Game Awards 2025 andranno in onda l’11 dicembre alle 4:30PM PT / 7:30PM ET oppure il 12 dicembre alle 12:30AM GMT / 1:30AM CET. Le votazioni sono già aperte sul sito ufficiale dei The Game Awards.
